If you change your mind about a product, that's no problem! We offer a 14 day refund policy, from the day you purchased. Any unwanted items must be returned with their packaging unopened and in the same condition you received them in. If something has been opened, unfortunately we cannot accept these as returns, unless faulty!

What is loaded peanut butter?
You've probably heard of loaded fries before: fries supplemented with various different toppings and sauces.
We like to think of ourselves as the 'peanut butter version' of that.
Our beautiful hand made base peanut butter is layered with tasty sauces, spreads and toppings to create a decadent treat.
Is your peanut butter crunchy or smooth?
We like to think of it as the best of both worlds. It's smoother than crunchy peanut butter, but crunchier than smooth peanut butter.
We love the texture and we wouldn't have it any other way.
Why are there ingredients such as palm oil in your products?
Although we like to try and avoid as many nasties as we can, a lot of your favourite ingredients which we use in our loaded peanut butters do unfortunately contain ingredients like palm oil.
If that's not quite your thing, we plan on offering simpler flavours in the future which contain less of these kinds of ingredients.
Why doesn't my peanut butter look like your pictures and videos?
Although we make all of our peanut butters with the care and attention to detail that you deserve, the peanut butter can mix and separate in transit, especially on a hot summer day.
If you find this is the case with your product, give it a nice big stir!
